Sami Christiansen was during one year a singer with the Gents Madrigaalkoor. When she left to go home in Milwaukee after a stay of one year in Flanders we asked her to write her impressions down on the cultural differences, if any, between choir traditions at home and over here.

Lynne Gerrard is English, but has been living in Flanders for some years now. More to the point, she sings with the Gents Madrigaalkoor. She spent a summer holiday singing Anglican Church Music in Rochester Cathedral.
